Refund Policy

VoiceX is a subscription-based, consumer product offered on a recurring billing basis.

To help users evaluate the product before purchasing, we offer a Basic (Freemium) plan. This allows users to try VoiceX and determine whether it fits their needs before upgrading to a paid subscription.

14-Day Refund Window

If you purchase a paid VoiceX subscription and decide it is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date

  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of a paid plan

  • Refunds apply only to the initial billing period

After the 14-day refund window:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable

  • No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time

  • Refunds are not provided for renewals, upgrades, or subsequent billing cycles

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid features will remain active until that period ends.

Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds or credits will be issued.
